Space and page permissions

Assign, revoke, and modify space or page permissions to individual users, groups, or anonymous users (Free plans do not allow permission settings for spaces or pages).

External Collaboration: Guests

For each paid user, Admins can add up to 5 guests for no additional cost or licenses. Each guest is limited to a single space, but there are no limits to how many spaces can be shared or how many guests can be in each space.

Archive and unarchive pages

File away outdated pages to keep page trees tidy with relevant content. Access archived pages anytime for historical context.

Page insights

Get engagement analytics on page views, user views, and comments.

Audit logs

When you need to troubleshoot a problem or keep a record of important events, such as changes to global permissions, the audit log allows administrators to look back at changes that have been made in your site.

Anonymous access

Anonymous access makes your Confluence site publicly available, enabling access to your content to users outside of your organization. Confluence's anonymous access is most commonly used for customer-facing knowledge bases and documentation.
