Unblock user invites with the admin email audit

Organization admins can unblock user invitations that failed to deliver.

In Jira navigation, select Settings > System settings > Admin email audit.

A list of undelivered invitations will show with details on why they failed to send.

In the case of Atlassian suppressing emails after too many failed delivery attempts, emails will be identified with invitation blocked with an option to resend invite. Selecting this option will take you to the admin.atlassian.com user management screen to complete the resend invitation action.

Resent invitation emails generally arrive within one hour.
