Add a responder to an alert
You can add a responder to the alert to notify and update them. When a new Responder is added, the alert status will become Unacknowledged.
To add a responder;
Go to the detail of the alert.
Select Add responder from the three-dot menu on top.
Add users, teams, and/or groups as responders. Learn more about alert responders.
Select OK.
Groups are available only for old plan customers.
