Assign an owner to an alert

The Assign action gives ownership of an alert to a particular user which you can choose from a drop-down menu. This is an informative action, the user you assign will become the Alert’s Owner. Similarly, if you are on the team which gets added to the alert you have the action available to "Take Ownership" which assigns the alert to you.
