Integrate Opsgenie with Moxtra
What does Opsgenie offer to Moxtra users?
Use Moxtra's integration to forward Opsgenie alert activity to Moxtra. Users are notified of alerts created, acknowledged, assigned and closed without leaving Moxtra.
Functionality of the integration
When an alert is created, closed, acknowledged or assigned in Opsgenie, Moxtra relevant information are seen in Moxtra.
Add Opsgenie Integration in Moxtra
This integration is only available with Standard and Enterprise plans in Opsgenie, and Premium and Enterprise plans in Jira Service Management.
Adding the integration from your team dashboard will make your team the owner of the integration. This means Opsgenie will assign the alerts received through this integration to your team only. Follow the rest of the steps in this section to set up the integration.
Click the "Integrations" menu in the left navigation. Search for Opsgenie and click on the "Add" button next to it.
Choose a Moxtra binder to post Opsgenie notifications or create a new binder. Choose event type and provide a Description.
Click "Create Integration" when done.
A "Webhook URL" is provided to use within Opsgenie. Copy this URL to use in Opsgenie’s Moxtra Integration.
Add Moxtra integration in Opsgenie
Go to Settings > Integrations. Search for Moxtra and select Add.
Paste the Webhook URL copied previously into the "Moxtra URL" field.
Select Save Integration.
