Learn about Atlassian organizations
New to administering Atlassian cloud products? Learn about Atlassian organizations and what it means to be an organization admin.
Before you disconnect a product from Rovo, it’s important to know:
You can choose to hide a product from Search but keep a product connected (this is useful if you need time to adjust permissions in your third-party product, without disconnecting)
It will take 48 hours to completely disconnect most products. During this time, you won't be able to add a new product connector for that same product (excluding the Custom Website connector).
If you would like to hide a third-party product from Rovo Search:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Settings > Rovo.
Under Sites, expand the site, and locate the product you’d like to hide, select the More actions (•••) menu.
Select Manage, and toggle off Show results for this <product> in Rovo Search.
Select Save.
If you no longer want a third-party product connected to Rovo:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Settings > Rovo.
Under Sites, expand the site, and locate the product you’d like to remove, select the More actions (•••) menu.
Select Disconnect, and on the confirmation popup, select Disconnect again.
Removing GitHub data
If you’re disconnecting GitHub and would like to remove all your GitHub data from Atlassian, you’ll also need to uninstall the GitHub for Jira app.
