Manage your users' requests for products

This feature is available for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence with an Enterprise plan. If you have any of these Enterprise plans, you also get product request settings for Trello.

By default, your users can sign up for their own Atlassian products. While this is great for team growth, you may not want them to be able to start products you don’t know about. If that’s the case, you can update your Product request settings to prevent users from signing up for products. This feature is only available on eligible product plans.

Update product request settings
Prevent users from signing up for products or revert back to the default setting that allows new products.
Review product requests
Contact the user who requested a product to find out more about their request.
Why can users create products when requests are required?
Even with product request settings turned on, your managed accounts may still be able to sign up for new products
