Reports and how to access them

After you copy Jira or Confluence data from one instance of your product to another, we generate multiple reports in a ZIP archive. This archive contains multiple CSV files that include details of your copied items, things that require attention, and summaries of users, groups, and configuration items. You can use it to troubleshoot and get information about what is copied and isn’t.

Access the reports

When you copy data, you can track and monitor the progress of the copy plan on the Dashboard. After copying data, download the report:

  1. View plan details

    1. Select the plan name, or

    2. Select More actions (•••) > Show details.

  2. On the Status section, select Download report.
