Explore Atlassian Intelligence features

Atlassian Intelligence is available and automatically activated for all products on Premium and Enterprise plans. Organization admins can manage Atlassian Intelligence preferences from Settings > Atlassian Intelligence in Atlassian Administration.

Atlassian Intelligence integrates with products like Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket to boost your team’s productivity, leverage insights from organizational data, and then use those insights to streamline data-driven decision-making.

Jira

Today, Atlassian Intelligence features in Jira allow you to:

  • search for issues using everyday language

  • draft and edit content, improve writing, and change tone

  • define words and acronyms (beta)

  • summarize comments

  • summarize Smart Links from Confluence, Jira, and Google docs

  • create rules using natural language

  • generate a list of suggested child issues, based on the details of the parent issue

Soon, you’ll be able to use Atlassian Intelligence in Jira to:

  • reference Jira tickets in prompts

  • reformat Jira issue descriptions

Confluence

Today, Atlassian Intelligence features in Confluence allow you to:

  • draft and edit content, improve writing, and change tone

  • define words and acronyms (beta)

  • generate a summary or action items from a page

  • summarize pages, page comments, and blogs

  • search for answers (beta)

  • summarize in-line comments

  • summarize Smart Links from Confluence, Jira, and Google docs (beta)

  • create rules using natural language

  • create actions in templates and components

Soon, you’ll be able to use Atlassian Intelligence in Confluence to:

  • reference Confluence pages and Jira tickets in prompts

  • generate readability suggestions

  • understand recent and important changes in pages

  • brainstorm ideas from Confluence pages, Jira tickets, and Jira Product Discovery insights

  • organize and group ideas in a whiteboard

  • summarize a whiteboard

  • convert a whiteboard into a page

  • convert a page into Jira tickets

Jira Service Management

Today, Atlassian Intelligence features in Jira Service Management allow you to:

  • draft and edit content, improve writing, and change tone

  • summarize an issue’s details

  • create rules using natural language

  • gauge customer sentiment (beta)

  • identify and prioritize issues which cause frustration (beta)

  • respond to customers by summarizing knowledge base content using the virtual agent

  • create custom request types and field suggestions

  • group alerts (beta)

  • generate incident summaries for post-incident reviews (beta)

  • create incidents with an AI-suggested title, description, and priority (beta)

  • summarize incidents directly in Slack channels (beta)

  • generate incident timeline in Slack, share it with responders in the channel, and post it to the incident (beta)

  • find resources such as knowledge articles, PIRs, and issues related to incidents for faster resolution.

  • view information about related alert groups on the alert details page.

Soon, you’ll be able to use Atlassian Intelligence in Jira Service Management to:

  • reference Jira Service Management tickets in prompts

  • take bulk actions and assign the right request type and status to incoming requests

  • optimize your service desk.

  • improve agent workflows.

  • surface the right actions, experts, and responses

  • optimize alert notifications to identify and take action on high priority alerts
