View backup details

Backup details include the following:

• Time of backup

• Backup status

• A Prepare download link If the backup is up to 50 GB, and you haven’t yet generated the download link

• A Download link if the backup is ready for download

• A Restore link if the backup can be restored

• Backup size

• Whether attachments are included

• Whether personal spaces are included (Confluence only)

• When the backup was completed

• Who ran the backup

To view a backup’s details:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Settings > Data management.

3. Select Backup and restore.

4. In the Backup policy table, find the policy that includes the product you want to backup. Select View details.

5. Select the specific backup you want to view.
