View backup policy details

To view a backup policy’s details:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Settings > Data management.

3. Select Backup and restore.

4. In the Backup policy table, find the policy that includes the product you want to backup. Select View details.

The backup policy details include the following:

• The product you’ve backed up.

• The number of available backups, which includes all complete and incomplete backups taken in the last 14 days.

• The time and status of the last backup taken

• Jira products included in the backup policy. If you chose to back up Jira, then Jira Service Management is partially backed up. Customers are included in the backup, but not the data. What is the Jira family of products?

• A list of all the recent backups: the time of backup, backup status, when the backup will expire, and download status.

When you select a specific backup in the table, the Backup details panel opens.
