Delete a mobile app policy
If you no longer need to apply security controls to the Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Opsgenie mobile apps, you can delete your mobile app policy.

To delete a mobile app policy:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > Mobile app policy.
Select Edit from the Actions menu for the policy you want to delete.
Select Delete policy.
Your users or apps no longer need to comply with your policy the next time they log in to the Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Opsgenie mobile apps.
Timeframe for policy updates
If a user enables notifications for a mobile app, we apply policy updates the next time the user opens the app.
If a user does not enable notifications for a mobile app, policy updates may take up to 8 hours if the user and app are already a part of the mobile app policy. If a user and app aren’t part of the mobile app policy it may take up to 7 days.
